The official SCA poster is one-and-done

Running a cupping session with Profilo

Before class — set up the flight

Create one profile per coffee in the flight. Add origin and processing only — leave tasting notes blank. Print the bean cards as cupping handouts.

2.

During class — students cup and mark

Students get the embedded wheel on a tablet or laptop. Cup, click leaves, save. Each student's submission appears on your instructor view.

3.

After class — debrief on the consensus

Pull up the aggregated wheel for each cup. Show students where everyone agreed (strong leaves) and where they diverged (light leaves). The wheel becomes the rubric.
